-  Relocation assistance and advice for the purchase of various properties in Brittany, including settling in services, keyholding, handling rental formalities and integration assistance into the local community.

-  Advising and obtaining insurance policies and banking facilities (agreements with insurance brokers and banks), as well as handling consumer and banking problems.

- Project managing and supervising property renovations in the region.  We supply comparative charts of quotations from our construction team comprising of the best local tradesmen.  Regular briefings with photographs of developments.  All administrative formalities (including planning permissions) and payments handled on your behalf.  

-  Interpreter to notaries (solicitors), architects, property agencies and local police stations.

- Assisted in the purchase and sale (for both parties) and administrative setting up of a few campsites in Morbihan: negotiations with the Notaire/Solicitor, Proprietor, Planning Permission authorities, interpreting at meetings with the Notaire, Mayor and local authorities, translations of title deeds and various documents, subscribing to utilities and insurance policies etc.  

-  Power of attorney to handle all business (legal representative in France) and household matters pertaining to your definite departure from France

-  All administrative matters relating to a demise, including police, funeral (in the UK) and inheritance matters with notaries/ solicitors in France and in the UK.

- Research and enquiries regarding municipal campsites for sale (negotiations with Mayors and high ranking officials, architects and other local authorities) and purchases of a few campsites. 

-  Assisted in sales (and paperwork) of English mobile homes to the French.
